LIFETIME RESIDENTIAL WARRANTY
Colorquartz Inc. will warrant from the original date of installation material that fails due to any manufacturing defect when fabricated and installed. This warranty applies to the repair or replacement of failed material that has been permanently installed in your residence. The option to repair or replace the material is at the sole discretion of Colorquartz.
This Residential Lifetime Warranty is available only to the original owner of a single family residence in which Colorquartz has been originally installed. In the case of a newly constructed single-family residence, this warranty is available to the "first" owner purchasing the residence with Colorquartz permanently installed and is transferable according to certain terms and conditions.
Colorquartz will not be held responsible for any labor and installation charges incurred for fabrication of such defective materials or any incidental loss or damages after the slabs have been cut, fabricated and/or installed. Any PNC issues should be reported to a local Colorquartz distributor prior to cutting, fabricating and/or installation. Failure to thoroughly inspect slabs before cutting or modifying in any way will void any opportunity at exchange or warranty claim.
Colorquartz samples and pictures are small sections cut from a slab and do not fully show all design characteristics of the actual slab or the final installed product. Variations in natural quartz stone color, pattern, size, shape, and shade are unique and inherent characteristics of Colorquartz products.
10 YEAR COMMERCIAL WARRANTY
Because your peace of mind is a top priority, we provide every client with a 10-year commercial warranty for every Colorquartz surface product we supply for cut-to-size projects. This means that we completely support our product, and that we are always at your service to answer queries, solve problems and ensure you derive maximum satisfaction from your Colorquartz product.
Colorquartz warrants, to the owner of the original installation that Colorquartz quartz surfaces, when installed in accordance with current published procedures by the Colorquartz Product Manual Guide, shall be free from material defects in manufacturing.
